These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire Contract between yourself as a customer and PC Depot Pty Ltd for the supply of products. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email. |
Placing Your OrderingWhen you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products from our website under our terms and conditions. PCDepot.com.au will make every effort to fulfill the order and will send you the order confirmation, order status, and tax invoice via emails. However, PCDepot.com.au and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate account, remove or edit content, or cancel and refund an order at their sole discretion. If your order cannot be accepted or processed, you will be contacted by email or phone.We sell and ship products only within Australia except the area treated by couriers as overseas location (Such as Lord Howe Island, Norfolk Island and Christmas Island). Price, Currency and GSTOur team is dedicated to bringing you the best prices compared to any retail store or reputable online retail store in Australia. We will match a better overall price (product/s + shipping) on IN STOCK product/s when it is not below our direct cost.All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and GST inclusive. Payment and ProcessingPCDepot.com.au currently accepts PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards and Direct Deposit. The orders paid by PayPal and Credit or Debit Cards are processed instantly. The Electronic Transfer or Direct Deposit may take 1 to 2 working days for payment confirmation and we reserve the right to cancel the order if the payment is not received in 7 days. Credit Card Fraudulence and ProtectionWhen you place an order by either a Credit Card or PayPal, we may email you requesting a copy of your credit card along with your driver’s license in the event that the order could be a potential fraudulent or unauthorised activity. The information you provide will be destroyed after verification purpose is completed. In this case, Your orders will not be processed until it passes the verification. If you do not provide the requested information within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded back to the method in which you paid. These information requests are sent to help protect Credit Card and PayPal account holders from online fraud.Please Note: PCDepot.com.au reports all attempted credit card fraud immediately to Australian Federal Police (www.afp.gov.au) Dispatch and DeliveryAll orders are dispatched as soon as possible after the processing. Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7am and 6pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours. If the delivery cannot be made, the courier driver usually leaves a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be taken for granted. If the delivery has failed, you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item. If the “Authority to Leave” option is selected or requested, PCDepot.com.au and our couriers cannot be held responsible for goods being left unattended and missing. The goods shall be at the Customers risk at the point of delivery. The Customer, upon taking delivery of the goods, shall immediately examine the goods and give written notice to PCDepot.com.au of any defect within five (5) days of such date, failing which the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition and accepted by the Customer. Order Amendment or CancellationWe cannot guarantee changes to your order can be made once it has been paid for. An order cannot be amended or cancelled without prior written approval from PCDepot.com.au. Changing of shipping address, product or quantity after you have paid are examples of amendments that need prior approval from us. You may not assume that we have to do so upon receiving your request. We reserve the right to approve or reject any requests for order amendment or cancellation based on your reasons: whether the time you provided for us to make the amendment or cancellation is reasonable; and presence of any delay from our side causing this request.Please note that while your emails are important to us, they may not be read immediately after they are sent, so we do not assume responsibility for amending or cancelling on grounds that you emailed us shortly after paying for the order. If your order has already been shipped, you may return your order in accordance with our Warranty Returns Policy. We may also charge additional shipping costs if we need to resend your parcel for reasons including but not limited to the customer's change of mind, an incorrect address, the parcel being unclaimed or a purchase made in error. Warranty & Return PolicyConsumer Guarantees & WarrantyThe Customer has specific legal rights under the Australian Consumer Law in respect of goods and services purchased from PCDepot.com.au ("Consumer Guarantees"). More information in relation to the Consumer Guarantees may be found at www.accc.gov.au. In addition to the Consumer Guarantees, all products sold by PCDepot.com.au are covered by the manufacturers' warranty that accompanies the product. If you think that a product is defective you should contact our Resolution Centre and a Customer Service Representative will assist you. It is highly recommended that customers contact the manufacturer's technical support directly for any troubleshooting or technical support advice before you lodge a warranty claim. Most of the major manufacturers provide ‘Technical Support’ line for end users and deal the Manufacturer’s Warranty directly for the claim, repair and replacement. If the manufacturer directs you to return the product back to us, please ask for a tech support case number. This will expedite the warranty process when lodging a warranty claim with us. Any defective products purchased from PCDepot.com.au and affiliates that fall within the warranty period provided will be covered, unless they fall within the following conditions:

Please note if the product is deemed NO FAULT FOUND for any warranty claim or consumer guarantee claim, any inspection / rejection fees by the relevant authorised service centre may be applied and you will also be charged the delivery fee for sending the item back to you. Return for “Change of Mind” or Incorrectly Ordered Products Please research the products carefully before placing an order. We generally do not provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice. The customer is ultimately responsible for researching the product specifications from the manufacturer and other resources and selecting the appropriate product to meet their requirements. If at our sole discretion, we decide to accept non-faulty goods for a refund, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply and the freight charge is not refundable. Claim and Organising the Return Click here to submit your Return Request, Warranty & Consumer Guarantee Claim. A Return Authorisation Number is required for all returns or it will not be accepted. The returned products should be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. PCDepot.com.au do not take responsibility for any goods damaged or lost in transit when the customer sends the product back to us for warranty or return. The manufacturer’s warranty may be void if the product is damaged in transit. Please ensure the product is packed appropriately for shipping before sending it back to us. The consumer is responsible for any and all charges associated with returning the goods to PCDepot.com.au. Such charges may be reimbursed by PCDepot.com.au where the consumer is entitled at law to have those charges reimbursed. Accuracy of InformationWe make every effort to ensure that product information and images published on our website are correct and accuracy. However, specifications, features, documents and graphics published may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. If an error is made or a product is listed at an incorrect price, PCDepot.com.au will endeavor to correct the error as soon as possible and shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, PCDepot.com.au will issue a full refund.Limitation of LiabilityPCDepot.com.au and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data, or any indirect loss of damage or consequential loss in any event including negligence or breach of contracts.
